A wallet interaction failed in a way the user should be told about.

interactionStarted

interactionStarted(cancel: () => void): () => void
A wallet interaction (session establishment + requests) has started. cancel aborts the interaction (e.g. the user closed the progress UI); it is safe to call at any time, including after settlement. Returns a closer invoked when the interaction settles, success or not.
